Mods putting in work today - Let's talk about X

TVD talked about his connection with X yesterday in an interview he did with Gramlich & MacLain. (I posted it earlier). They watch film together and review plays together all the time. TVD mentioned that Restrepo gets a lot of "Option Routes" and from all the time they spend together preparing , he knows exactly where X will be and what X is seeing. That's the trust factor....

It's an opportunity for the other guys to step up and play tough.

And TVD totally hasn't trusted others, he's waiting for them to flash open instead of anticipating the route and throwing them open because he doesn't trust the WR to be there.

I am just not sure the difference between Smith and X was so great that its a game changer. We also have other top WRs playing this week to lesson the load.
I don’t get this people like you who know this team should Know it’s a gigantic loss..end of story.

For you to downplay a loss like this doesn’t make any sense to me and as a lover of this team I never said it will end our season again you make things sound like I don’t take anything else into account…its typical you🥲
wait what? lol... When did I even allude to you saying it will end our season?

Legit was agreeing with
@TheOriginalCane s post. I dont even know who you are.

TVD seems to heavily favor his trusted targets (last year Rambo this year X) so this concerns me not only for X’s reliability but also TVDs confidence. But next man up

Ya see people like you are what I call a instigator. You generally know to assume something but you intentionally choose to go the opposite way just to demean that person because you choose not only to read more into what is a simple commment but then affix a slight on the person you are responding to.

I never said there are not other meaningful contributors on offense, I said he is the second most important person. So unless you are just slow in the brain or you have a axe to grind that if the case is misdirected why even respond to dumb idiots like me ?

And by the way THE HURRICANE WAR MACHINE IS TILL INTACT👍🙌❤️

Ya see people like you are what I call a liar. You generally say something and then you claim you said something completely different.

You never said "he is the second most important person". Your exact quote is below. You are just a liar who doesn't realize that your original comment is out there, in black-and-white.

Cracks me up.... some serious trolls in this bunch.

UNC Put 60+ up on App State. They put up more against App State then they did FAMU... AND TAMU 3 and outted all day long against that same App State D.

If you want to control the ball against TAMU get some first downs because they wont. Their offense is total dog crap. They couldn't even run on App State. The rushed for like 90 yards and the QB had one 30 yard run. King winds up and has one of slowest releases we will face and they will not be able to run the ball at all. The QB may pick up some yard because he is an athlete but I dont see them scoring 20 on us.

App State didnt dominate the clock with some ground game either. They had 315 total yards with 180 rushing and one play was like 50 yards.

Our D is better than App States. Our rushing O is better than App States. The best part of this team is our kicking game. So if this gets into a field position game we have the advantage there as well.

The only way we lose this game is if we beat ourselves.

Time for Gattis to earn his paycheck. We have plenty of other weapons that can and should be utilized. The TE's have been woefully underutilized in the first 2 games (maybe by design). Better utilization of Mallory and Arroyo can easily more than make up for the loss of Restrepo.

In my opinion, this is not an injury that is significant enough to move the needle in terms of whether we win or lose.

That's the funniest part of it all. You liked my post, nothing more, nothing less. Instead, he's trying to turn it into a battle where everyone chooses sides, and if you agree with me, you must be motivated to personally attack him.

Bizarre. But we have a lot of weird porsters with questionable connections to logic and intelligent thought.

Maybe if you weren't busy pontificating about how X is our most important player on offense, people would compliment you on your posts.

Yeah, that's never gonna happen...
If you read my posts I throw in bits and pieces on different posts about certain players, playcalling etc. I would love to go one on one with you on what you know about this team and what I know and the history of this program. I’ll check in next week and start a chat.

What's funny is that you have no awareness as to how I would destroy you at that pursuit.

You can try to change the subject, but you're still the guy who posted that Xavier Restrepo is our most important player on offense. So you'll forgive me if I'm not scurrred of your "knowledge of the team and the history of this program".

Ask around, I've forgotten more about UM than you'll ever know.
