Diaz is a young dude. Still lots to learn. But his energy and the fact that he is from Miami is what makes him a good hire for us. Well that and the fact that he runs arguably the most aggressive 4-3 man defense in power 5 conferences

Not quite. We wanted a defense that could consistently stop opposing offenses. Most thought an aggressive 4-3 would be in the formula. I don't want to burn Diaz at the stake, but I don't think he is the guy to get us where we want to go.They got a more proven coach no doubt.
