My reason for starting the thread was to see if anyone saw mirabal during his playing days. He was all dade first team if I’m not mistaken. So was wondering what does an all dade 5’4” lineman look like? Was he a nasty leverage guy? A technician? Was he like 190 pounds back then?

I'd be willing to pay something for high school pics of Alex before he did Jenny Craig.... someone has to have some (other than Mario).

We played against this kid in HS, I think he went to Collins Hill, that played DE and had no arms or legs. We called him nubs (****ed up, I know). I’d pay good money to watch him go up against a young Mirabal.

Wait, what? Are you making a bad joke that just flew over my head, or did they actually have somebody with no arms and legs that they rolled out there. Yes, so they would just sidekick him to a spot on the line, and then what(?), he would undulate towards the quarterback to get a sack?

Buford has won like 13 state championships in football over the last 20 years or something. Jess Simpson was my D Coordinator so it was pretty crazy but not surprising to see him land here as DL coach after his stint with the Falcons.
