Minor King Update

It all depends on the surgeon did his job and how he rehabs like it's no tomorrow. If i was coach DIAZ I'd sit em down. It's one game
What’s the difference between game 1 and 2? Just curious. Is he somehow guaranteed to get hurt because it’s Alabama?

Wishing him the best but hoping TVD or Garcia beat him out. Just not impressed with his arm or legs.

Zero chance TVD or true freshman Garcia are going to beat out a sixth-year senior (who will be 24 years old when the season starts) when Alabama is the opener.

Less than zero chance, actually.

Speak your mind Bro. Most these guys couch cushions and fake *** internet bullies.
I don’t shy away from speaking my mind, bro. Whether here or in person. I give zero ***** what anyone thinks. @Cribby speaking some facts and I applaud it, even though I know many here don’t like real talk.

He handicapped the offense a bit. Look how it opened up with Perry. He’s an athlete who plays qb. He doesn’t have a great fee for position.

Considering how Spring Practice, etc., proceeded - with both coaches and players hobbled by CV-19 - I'm not counting King out - nor Lashlee - nor anyone in 2021.

King won games in past years we would have lost.

Book it.

They are both trolls, and Krazy's "dunk" hit the rim and bounced out.

Tyler Van Dyke threw the ball TWO times in our blowout loss to North Carolina, and yet Krazy has formed some insane "didn't look impressive at all" opinion.

Ridiculous. It's a freaking ****** fight between Billy D and Krazy.

McGahee tore his ACL, MCL and PCL IIRC
Dont think McGahee did it in under 9 months time frame tho? I dont remember bc its been so long but that was what the original poster asked...in the same timeframe. I know Amari Rodgers from Clemson came back from an ACL ridiculously quick like 6 months but I dont follow them so not sure if he was the same as his old self right away

Time will tell.

Now imagine that TVD gets the start and has a fantastic game walking away with a W. Who's the starter? Wouldn't that be a wonderful problem to have?

Not in favor of any player losing his position because of injury, but if that happens King's leash becomes way shorter.

Not even close, just stating that McGahee's injury was different (and more serious) than King's

I don't think there's anything remotely similar between the injuries except they both occured while wearing UM jerseys

I doubt they'll play him if there's a chance he gets hurt. You don't put it all on the line in game 1 against an OOC opponent.
In before Manny started someone over King because he doesn’t play the best players....

There is the mental aspect as well. Does he trust the knee game 1 without having gone through little to no contact? I assume he will go through little to no contact during fall practice. Even when Amari from Clemson returned, he had a brace on and he did not appear to be as explosive as he later came to be without that brace. I don’t know. I know many of you guys don’t know me, well some do from another board, but those that do, know that I am as optimistic as they come. Sometimes overly optimistic admittedly. I am the type that I will figure out how to get to the ACC Championship game when we are 3 games out with 2 left to play lol but man, it’s very very very difficult to imagine King playing in that first game, and if he plays, it is very difficult to imagine him being anything close to the weapon he was. I am hoping for the best. I really am. It’s just hard to see it.

I would venture a guess that it’s a much higher probability that he takes a lot more hits against Bama.

He’s going to be running for his life in that measuring stick match up for Manny.
