Milan was offered Sep 8, 2025 and that generated a lot of discussion on CIS about it lighting a fire under some current commits. Tucker is retweeting Milan's tweets so this appears to be a serious recruitment that should have its own thread. Serious enough that he ended up with his own commitment thread.

@DMoney in the 9/29 Bank

A name with a ton of momentum is Milan Parris (Akron, OH). He's 6'5+ with excellent testing numbers, a basketball background and outstanding film. He's committed to Iowa State but Miami is being aggressive here. Keep an eye on this one:

I had planned on going to see him last week against their rival and the top program in the area, Archbishop Hoban, who has the no. 1 cornerback (USC commit) in the state, but the game was sold out by Thursday, so I had to go see my nephew throw 2 bad INTs and get benched at halftime before losing 35-0. From all accounts he played a good game, although his team ended up losing 19-14. He had a nice TD grab and threw

I like him as a prospect, there aren’t many kids up here that I would even consider UM recruiting, we just don’t produce top tier players like we did back in the day across the board. I like this kid and I love the OL from Tusc Co. that we’re bringing in. He’s going to need time to develop, as his competition is horrible, but I can see him being a starter 2 years down the line.

On another note Hoban has 2 kids, that I’d love for Mario to check out, they’re brothers, 1 is a junior LB/FB, he’s a top 150 kid and state champion wrestler. He’s about 220 now, his younger brother is a sophomore, a wrestling prodigy that won the state championship last year as a freshman. The junior is Bryton Feister, the younger brother is Brydon.
