Banda was the lead recruiter on Shawn Davis, edwards and jobe.

Henderson, Campbell, surtain were misses.

Rumph wanted to push for Samuel in the spring but Diaz didn’t want him because of his stature really. That shouldn’t be on him

Who has he recruited and who has he coached? I seriously dont know much about the guy, but I'm wondering why some people think he's better than Rumph. Our corner play has been a strength ever since he got here. Yeah he missed on some recruits but he's got the most out of what he has in his room.

He isn't on war path, he is hopefully taking a sobering eye at his #1 responsibility: Miami winning.

As HC, he is not one of them, nor is he part of them. He better have ZERO friends. He better understand he has staff and players whose job it is to execute his vision.

The day he can't make a ruthless decision towards Miami winning is the day a serious crack forms in his HC foundation.

We gone see how much a savage Diaz is when/if his boy Banda doesn’t produce....then I’ll know all I need to know. His loyalty is to the coaches on the defensive side so him cleaning house on the offensive side isn’t nothing & anybody but CMR knew it needed to be done.

I love Raymond but he isn’t leaving LSU just like Moffit isn’t either. Well not unless Manny offers him the DC job. I still think Manny needs a D play caller since he isn’t calling the plays anymore.

100% agreed. This is Manny's shot to establish credibility and respect as a HC right out of the gate. Eyes are watching - players, coaches, opposing coaches, media... No nepotism; no favoritism; hold guys accountable; be tough and demanding but fair; and tuck your **** ego at the door!

Make the tough, smart decisions, Manny. I'm pulling for you.

He’s left us bare at CB for years forcing us to rely on grad transfers and Jucos in Dean, Delaney, and Colbert.
Banda was the primary recruiter for Ivey and Frierson. Bandy was a shoe in. He’s gotten Couch this year.
Every year he’s consistently missed on the top targets.

Diaz won't fire Banda now but in 2 yrs or so if he isn't producing I agree with you, we'll see how much of a savage he is.
