They don’t and wouldn’t if it wasn’t the best NIL the player could get.
Norvelllllllll tries way too hard to be cool and relate to the kids. Instead he just comes across as a goofy beta weirdo, that gives kids the creeps with his shoulder rubs. If not for that one portal class a few years back, he would have been shown the door already.

Usually screwed up people in companies are upper management.and surrounding themselves with the same.
 
This new area of College Football is Very difficult. I’m glad we have Mario and glad he spent his time in Alabama when he did cause he learned a lot from being around Saban at the time when paying players wasn’t legal. The system today will pose a lot of challenges to manage a college football program. Just very impressed by Mario.
 
The sooner trailer realizes that Norvell simply is in over his head and cannot meet the moment, the quicker they will be on road to recovery. He is trailers version of Many Díaz. Just fire the guy, take the financial hit, move on. In the interim, we enjoy the trailer wreck.

I disagree. I think prison Mike needs time to implement his vision. Several more years would be ideal.

Norvell is trash but the “really cool, especially on a white guy” braids he had are called “corn rows”. They resemble rows of corn on a farm.

Corn rolls sound like some sort of appetizer you get at Cracker Barrel.
