A speed receiver is basically a waste with Rosier at quarterback. Lets hope someone else is throwing him the ball before too long.

ONLY reason I can see anyone being disappointed in him is because of DMoney and Peter acting like he was our best WR. Like come on did anyone really believe that he was going to outperform Ahmmon or Berrios? If you did you need to get realistic. Like seriously, coming out of HS did anyone think he'd even be getting this much pt? I didn't. Lets be real, dude was barely a take last season. ****, I didn't even want him in this class. I think he's proven he was worth the take.
I'm not saying he's even gunna be good or anything, but dude clearly outperformed what I was expecting out of him. But dudes got major strength issues. So does Jeff Thomas, but Thomas is just a better player. So Imo, Harley is going to have a hard time being a big impact player here. His best opportunity is in the slot, but is anyone really expecting him to be better than Mark Pope? I'm not.
And he's not a big WR, so guys like Hightower are going to get the "Big wr" reps over him obviously.

On that podcast, we predicted the Berrios breakout and said that Richards was the best WR in the ACC. We never, ever said that Harley was better than those two.
We did say he was our most productive receiver in camp, which he was. That's why he started the first game as a skinny true freshman. Games are different and he had to adjust to the physicality and some injuries. But I expect big things. He's a great worker with elite speed, quickness and good hands.
