Account gets frozen when banned, notifications didn't exist back then. Just up and down votes.
Anyway, I have no idea who Michael Smith is. This reporter Josh White tweeted he was a name to look at so I posted his tweet and latest report from U Kentucky for background. Just passing along info from twitter. Looks like school told him to delete his tweet.
