Michael Irvin

Honestly it is a bit tired. Love his passion but don't think he should be the first guy addressing a player coming off the field. Save that for his teammates/coaches. 47 had his time. He should be background noise, not on all 4's barking like a dog. It steals the spotlight, intended or not. Not a criticism. Just observation. To each his own.
Imagine the coaches being more involved than you and having no issue with it.

What a time to be alive.

Hate to hear that. Wish her well. Terrible disease..

(maybe just dial it back a few notches)
I had no idea that was the case. Heartbreaking.. One of my biggest fears for myself and loved ones. There are a lot of novel treatments now and the earlier you can treat the better so her prognosis may be better than others. God willing.

You're assuming they don't have an issue with it. It might just be a situation where it's better to not stir the hornets nest. Or maybe they love it & want to inject it in their veins. Don't care. Not remotely relevant to the the topic at hand. Coaches can be wrong (see: GT).. and I'm not advocating for change. Just stating my opinions.. on a message board.

Buddy you know who was on our sideline every single game last year

Its not an assumption.

Stop it

They allow it and want it

We beat a top 10 team who was in the national title game and what do Miami Fans do?

Complain about Michael Irvin?

This fanbase seriously tries to suck whenever it can.

You can't say definitively that Mario wants him there. He might.. or he might tolerate it. Irrelevant. He's there. ESPN will continue to show him. I wish him & his wife all the best.

Stop being so dramatic. Commenting on random off-topic Miami related events is literally 90% of the board. People don't have to conform to your opinions. We're allowed to think freely. Nobody is complaining. Just MB non-sense. Ex: I don't want to go back to Nike. I hate all-black uniforms. Socks with slides are a must. IDGAF what cleats we wear. Flying banners worked. The OB stunk. etc, etc... My irrelevant opinions.

I think that’s fair but from what I saw he wasn’t the first person to congratulate CJ. CJ seemed to kind of ignore him actually and celebrate with his teammates. Then went to Mike.

Maybe I am remembering it incorrectly but I do understand your point

True. You might be right. Still haven't had a chance to re-watch. It's something I would never voice in any other part of my life. It's just message board, drivel. How I feel but usually not worth discussing. Non-issue.

Oh for sure I think I noticed because I was on the same page as you. He was hype but did seem like he let the kid have his moment and celebrate without sort of stealing the spotlight so to speak

Correct me if I’m wrong here, but I could’ve sworn there hasn’t been one post in this thread complaining about Irvin on the sidelines this entire year of 2025.

The only reason this thread was bumped is because of a video where he explained how he got the #47.

Or do my eyes deceive me?

Unfortunately I think a lot of funding for research has been cut. It sucks seeing parents get older and deal with memory loss but this **** is awful, people forgetting who they are, there loved ones.

Youre right Mario has no say. The leaps in logic here are beautiful. Good day.
