****Miami vs. Stetson GAME THREAD****

Its good to see Miami beating teams by 40+ points that they should be beating by 40 points in the non- conference portion of the schedule.
It hasn't been that way in the past few years.

Team is fun to watch. Good style of bball.

But man, Altuntas has been bad lol.
This rotation is going to shrink once we get into January. For now, he's a warm body that can give you 5 fouls against the Stetson's and Jacksonville's of the world so you aren't forced to play Malik or Udeh a ton of minutes

Dovrat looks like he may be able to contribute. 5 assists off the bench. Our backcourt might be pretty deep!

I think he is only back up big, he gonna have to play.

I don't know how good this team will ultimately be, but I feel confident that they will compete and be entertaining to watch. That's a significant change from last year, when you had guys straight up quit on the program, which is the reason L walked away. These young guys are HUNGRY, and that shows on the court.

Florida will be a good early season test. I don't expect to win it, but I expect this team to compete for 40 minutes. If this team can do that, and then continue to build through OOC play, we might have something.

Awesome to see Larrañaga still around the program in any capacity
Fantastic human being
Saw him in Dallas with Katie, he looks like a totally different man. I think the last two years of dealing with the program was slowly killing him. I think it was time for him to retire and move on, painful as it was, because we all wanted him to go out a winner.

He is able to enjoy his retirement and contribute to the program as he sees fit. Everyone wins...
