Miami vs. Notre Dame: Preview, Odds & How to Watch

That was around the beginning of the Kemba Walker era, wasn't it? Hasheem Thabeet at 7'3 was dominant defensively -- 4-5 blocks every game it seemed.
Yes my cuz was a Senior, Craig Austrie, when Kemba was a freshman. I thought Thabeet would be the next Mutumbo

Yeah, UConn has had a couple bigs who disappointed in the NBA after being truly dominant in college.

My brother went to UConn so I follow them pretty closely. I remember your cousin well.

Player of the Year in Connecticut as a HS PG. (Guess with his scoring numbers you'd have to call him a Combo Guard.) Lotsa big time hoops programs recruited him. He had a solid career at a school in the very top tier of college basketball.

That’s what’s up and yeah Hilton Armstrong was one of them although he was solid in college.

Yessir. Yeah he played the 2 a lot at UConn but him or Price could initiate the offense. UConn’s last 30-40 years can go toe to toe with anyone.
