1st half rust … GREAT HALF TEAM! Playoff caliber defense on display. GaTech can’t move the ball. Offense just gotta stop sleep walking and the blow out will begin.

Maybe the O-line needs to let the GT linemen through one good time - just to enable TVD to get knocked flat on his a**.

Maybe that will wake him up - and give him a sense of urgency.

Don’t know what TVD is reading his decisions the last couple of drives have been abysmal-

He’s lucky he doesn’t have multiple picks-

Canes need to pound the rock with a methodical drive to open up the second half-

The first drive we were having success throwing intermediate routes, but we moved away from that. Hard to tell what the D is doing from the TV angles (and I am not an expert anyway)... did they tighten up on the short routes? If so, you would think that we should be able to beat them over the top but we have barely taken any deep shots (until end of the half when they were specifically guarding that). And it's not like they are getting much pressure on TVD.

If they’re going 6 man box you have to run the ball on them, period. If you can’t do that close shop.
We are running the ball fine IMO but TVD way too tentative in his reads/throws. Could literally keep getting 5 yards a clip on the ground

TVD has to be willing to take what the D is giving. There are a ton of things open underneath, just keep completing the passes. By forcing it into triple coverage, you are playing right into their hands. GT knows that they can't win this game unless Miami gives it to them. By taking points off the board by throwing INTs, TVD is doing just that. Hopefully, Dawson sat him down during HT and told him to play within himself. Stop trying to win the Heisman on every **** throw.
