I want this team to crush and dominate as much as you do, perhaps more, since since I actually graduated from said beloved University.

That’s fine. I’m not talking to people like you who get it. Rather, I’m talking to the fans who think these pundits really know something.

Different players, different coaches, different "team" rosters, yet the consistency of underachieving is ever present. Catastrophic atmospheric.

Yes, the Baaaaawhston faithful only attacked each other on message boards (the exchanged letters via the post and horseback mostly) from 1918 to 2014.

I'm just saying you and @Angry Ibis and @IndayArtHauz et al (won't even bother mentioning the Lord of Angst) spend too many cycles being cynical and pessimistic. It's not like we can change things. Just enjoy being a fan. That is not the same thing as being a homer or a slurper.

I don’t dislike Pate, and I’ve said that before on here. I particularly respect him for how he rips up the polls every year.

But he also admits that his Miami videos get a particularly high amount of traffic and controversy, and thus make him more money compared to most of his other content. It’s an huge reason why he posts Miami-positive content. And we all know how this game works; he is no longer independent, so what I (we) like about his channel may very well cease to exist.

I couldn’t agree more with your second statement.

I do enjoy being a fan… winning makes it better… sustained competence would be amazing

As I mentioned above, I found this interesting from Pate: 3 and most important: The Competitive Maturity of this Team…which specifically included coaching, tight games etc…

That’s what many “mopes” say here all the time, and going into Year 4, the expectation should be that all these “elite human beings” and super Mario should not have this as the biggest question mark…
