He actually runs off his blocks. It's a concept Fletcher hasn't quite grasped yet.

Fletcher runs hard but the vision just isn’t there. There was a play in the second drive he could’ve bounced a run outside and he just ran into the tackler. He would have to make a guy miss to bounce outside and he doesn’t try or see it
