Good morning, everyone! We are just 98 days away from Miami's season opener against Notre Dame. Last week, FanDuel released the odds for some Week 1 games, and, as you might expect, the Canes are entering their home opener as underdogs. Who doesn't love a good underdog story, right?

The Fighting Irish are entering the game as the early favorites, even though their quarterback, CJ Carr, will be making his first collegiate start. The Irish are slight favorites, with a spread of 1.5...

Pretty simple game plan: stop the ND run and we just might win…handily. Very tough task, however, as the Irish OL and RBs look great.

On O, I’m looking for Beck to use our TEs and RBs as receivers early in the game. Get time of possession and explore mismatches. If that works, we can work in the longer routes to Jojo and others.

My ideal? Get an early lead and force ND to try their passing game before they want to. Let Bain and Mesidor loose to attack the rookie QB.

Little early but

We need to score fast. Not of this control the time crap. That is ND gameplan. They have the OLine,RB and DL. We have to make them have CJ Carr pass.

They aren’t without glaring holes and replacing Golden may be easier since they have talent but immediately being elite on defense I dunno.
