I rather the kid that works hard and actually has something to show for it.
Not the one who has the "potential" but thinks he should be treated as a star and throws fits
Ehh, it goes both ways, those old Coley threads can be used as exhibit A........
I'll say it again, don't compare Coley to Lane. Those old Coley thread/"observations" or whatever were BS, because if you read them there were post that were a vast contradiction to the posts that said he didn't work hard or had a bad attitude.
How is that different than Lane? Because one is a Cane and the other isn't? Why is everything bad said about Coley contradictory while everything bad said about Lane accurate?
because during those Coley thread there was direct contradiction to the negative stuff that was being posted about Coley long before he came to UM.
Fact: Stacy never went three games w/out a catch even though he NEVER played with a QB even half as good as Maurice or had other weapons on offense that could take away some of the pressure like Lane did.
Fact: You can go top to bottom asking people who really knew the kid and they would tell you he didn't sht on teammates and even when he wasn't getting the opportunity in the passing game he would still be busting his butt blocking in the running game trying to get his boys loose in the running game.
The sulking and bad attitude stuff was freaking exaggerated as ****. Kid was quite and when it came to the field he put in work. His attitude was the complete opposite from Lane. He was NEVER on social media talking crap about other programs or trying to troll programs, while his game on the field suffered (matter of fact he was never on social media at all). He didn't just suddenly go from the loafer to this hard worker that coaches can't stop praising for his work ethic over night. He was always that way.
