now that his decision has been made and based essentially on bags alone, I consider this a bullet dodged.....character concerns (aka mercenary).

I'm not being a hypocrite either. Yes, we paid Beck alot of money but we just produced the No 1 overall draft pick at QB....Beck was sold on the program. how can anyone watch TT and think "yeah that's a great place to develop as a QB" ? lol miss me paper chaser
 
Never saw him play, so I don't have an opinion good or bad about him.

But some people here acting like TT is wake forest lol. They reached the final 8, have a ton of money to burn and a good coach. Most importantly, they are head and shoulders above anyone on the Big 12, almost a garanteed playoff berth. They will also putting some players in the leaguye in april. They will be a problem for a while
 
Guys...lets not turn into SEC fan bases here. He bagged up. Big deal. We do it too. TTU wanted him more and paid more. So be it, so be it. Move on to the next one.

Unfortunately, the next one looks like it's going to be much further down the pecking order....and even then, I'm not really worried. Beck is getting it done with 7 yard passes.

Everything statistically points to him being by far the clear best QB in the portal.
Then you can go off pure arm talent and athleticism, which it'd be between him and Ty Simpson for the highest draft hopes if they declared today instead of going into the portal. And he can run unlike simpson...

So idk why it'd be surpising whatsoever tbh.

It’s well documented They have best facilities in ALL of football
College or Pro! wtf are you talking about? They just dropped 250M into upgrades
 
I wouldn need to see some type of believable evidence to think anyone is even making above $5M in CFB next year. $7M would be downright retarded. I'd pay Houser/Odom/Colandrea/Atkinson like $500k-1M before Sorsby $7M, and I like Sorsby lol.
