Miami/Louisville Jan 10 Game Thread

Refs letting them play, which helps Louisville. That said, Miami needs to be strong with the ball, no stupid turnovers. Cleveland is starting to impose his will, you can tell that he's locking it in.

Louisville has no offensive flow, they are run wildly running into the lane and hoping the refs bail them out. Miami has to get distance, because if this game is close late, those fouls will start to matter.

Don’t understand the officiating at all… but we need to be better. Also I think George’s plus minus might lead the team right now. Hope the staff is seeing it.

Pack back in, looks fine. That said, Miami has to keep kicking, it's obvious that Louisville wants to play this thing out. Get some stops and keep scoring, keep distance and expand as Louisville's depth starts to come apart.

If our bench starts to play with the effort Casey is giving us tonight consistently we will be in fantastic shape come march

The officiating is beyond terrible. That said, you can't give a team turnovers, and that's exactly what Miami is doing. Louisville would be down 15+ if Miami was mildly competent with the ball. That's a lack of focus, and something that you know L talked about in shootaround this morning. You have to make a team quit, and you make them quit by pouring on the offense.
