Umm if you recruit 4 linebackers in a recruiting class and not even one becomes a solid starter for us while at the same time it's not as though we had top 3 round nfl talent ahead of them I'd say we whiffed but thats just me.

I hear you but this would mean taking Keionte off the field. There were times where I wondered why Heathermen ran Nickel against 12 personel but I definitely can understand when Keionte was playing how he was at the LOS

Was one of my favorite recruits that year. True cane. Wish he redshirted as a freshman. Hope he stays, but I would understand if he wants more PT. Only 1 year left to prove himself unfortunately. He sat, and waited his turn. Probably thought Toure would go pro.

I'd expect to try to upgrade in the off-season first of all. Also I'd be expecting them to try to get the young and Clearly more talented player more burn to try to develop them more.

What does irk me a little was that the staff had to be know he was at least considering this? Esp with Popo supposedly being a good backup kid and keeping his mouth shut as LB #3 over the last 2 seasons. And the relationship CMC has with the kid's pops…. I have a hard time believing he did this in a way to stick them? Gotta have a pulse on this stuff, and think we needed to bring someone in. (And after Toure got the ok to come back I wasn't one of the guys that was disappointed we were standing pat…But losing one of the top 3 definitely leaves us a little thin)

People forget Bonner was a starter at nc state and looked good. If he's healthy, he's popos level. Depth hurts though. Need wiley and others to step up
