One of multiple linebacker targets in attendance this weekend, Virginia native Noah Glover traveled down to South Florida to start his summer filled with official visits. A 6-foot-1, 205 WILL linebacker who Miami’s defensive coordinator Corey Hetherman visited on multiple occasions this past Spring, Glover emphasized the pair's relationship on why the Hurricanes stand out in his recruitment. With the Canes set on adding a premier talent alongside commit AJ Randle in its linebacker room for the 2027 class, Glover broke down his visit with me and where his recruitment stands as more visits loom.

“It went really well, I really like it. Just getting to learn more about the program, getting to hang out with players, more about the education, all the opportunities that you got there.”
On his relationship with the staff:
“Coach Hetherman is a great ball guy. We talked ball for a bit, watched some film, just like just really understanding him. I really like him as a coach.”
“Coach Cristobal is a good dude, being able to go to his house I enjoyed it a lot.”
On why Miami stands out and his schematic fit:
All the opportunities I got here: life after football, a great team as well, only looking to be and become better and better every year.
“WILL, SAM, MIKE, all that — I just think I fit in really well here in the scheme.”

“Just seeing how they feel here, they all really love it — Coach Cristobal, Coach Hetherman, they love everybody here. So they're just telling me that it's a great place to grow at.”

“The biggest factor is definitely the coach, the faculty, the lifestyle”
“I love the lifestyle here, I love the smaller classroom, and then the coaches are top notch.”

“I’ll probably cut some visits down, Miami is the highest right now.”
