Position Group U is about quality over the long term, not quantity at any one given moment.

I think it's a combination of both, especially in this popcorn era.

You cant have a history of great *insert position*, 20 years for example, and then follow that up with 15 years to the present of bad *position* and expect to be called *position U*.

No offense. Tired of these Miami is this and that U...how about this U win some meaningful mf games. No one is going to respect this U until we beat the **** out of Pittsburgs, Clemsons, Wisconsins, the LSUs, etc. with consistent poor players and poor play calling.
 
Miami should have 2x WR/DBs as any other school considering talent area.

Stopping the run still wins football games, not surprised to see Bama leading at DT & LB.

9 quality DE recruits in just a tad over 2 full recruiting cycles is what you call a lack of DE recruiting?
