Miami Hurricanes to Open 2026-27 Season Against Florida in Tampa

Miami basketball has an update to its 2026-27 schedule, and it's a big one.



The Florida Gators and the Miami Hurricanes are finalizing a deal to play the season opener against each other in Tampa on November 2nd, according to Jon Rothstein. Miami and the Gators met previously, where the Hurricanes lost in Jacksonville, 82-68.

The two will face off in Tampa, which will likely be hosted inside the Benchmark International Arena. (Where the Tampa Bay Lightning play)...
