I don't expect a ton but the overall numbers were/are slightly thin (no pun intended on this kid's frame).

I believe this now gives us 9 scholarship WRs, not including Bryce Fitzgerald. Really didn't want to go into the season with only 8, with 4 of those being either true freshmen or Chance Robinson, who may or may not exist. Daniels is really the only adult in that room, if the staff feels this kid can also be that, no harm in bringing him on.

Easy, sir. We have like 3 future HoFers in the room. All are under 20 years old and have never played more than a game. But they are being fitted for the jackets already

The WR class was terrible in the portal unfortunately. At least this guy was a starter somewhere. If he can have some production here I would consider it a win.

This is a depth piece I hope…. Rather have just had another young WR with traits from the HS ranks to run routes
 
Better than Ray Ray and Chance, and Upshaw this year at least. Y'all can trash it but right now he's WR 6 at worst? and I think we are desperate for any depth at WR that have a shot of being a contributor. We'd be ****ed with an injury if we didn't add 2-3 WRs in portal.

We missed on a top WR. Gotta move on and still try to improve the room

Agreed. It’s almost like you can’t depend on the portal to fill out your room and should use it to add top end talent or high ceiling guys…
