Agreed. But Mario has to be bought in as well. When the lights are on, he is still the guy making the ultimate call about whether to listen to this coach or not. Love that he is admitting a weakness and working to fix it but we will see if he is all the way bought in when a big moment happens in a game.

Yeah but he hasn't really changed anything. Listen to the presser again. He says they had all this in place last year, they just didn't go through the process(they decided not to kneel).

It's been my understanding that every program has a coach that does this exact thing. So again the only thing that needs to change going forward is for Mario not to overrule that coach like he did vs GT.

This was my first thought. If he actually hired a quality time management coach then he’s showing he knows he has a deficiency and trying to fix it.

If that’s the case he literally has no duties but to recruit lol
