why would they encourage (players too) everyone to buy black and not wear black. also, i dotn think mario would let the team wear anything but orange on white for FSU

It's the same exact uniform we wore at the time, just with ONE SLEEVE a different color.

As if that is some kind of crazy idea....

Ah okay. I didn’t know that you were referring specifically to Miami Nights stuff. I thought your post said black gear in general.

you cant even miami nights **** on adidas website.

also if were gonnna complain about ****, why does miami not produce any digital wallpapers. a lot of teams od it weekly and canes havent done it since week 1.

1000% agree. I’m always looking for some ios wallpaper but forced to crop stock images.

That's some random Polo vs Jerseys we actually wore in games.

Both companies really made some trash, and now that the school wants us just wearing classic uniforms what's the difference?

Nike merch sucked too.

I get the feeling the only people who care is the Nike cult who has 70 pairs of Jordans and feel like their heads going to explode if they have to wear an Adidas shirt with them.

Yeah, sorry about that. I did kinda mix my messages a bit.

The Miami Nights jersey has been an early season "thing" for a few years, and I wanted to compare/contrast the TWO new items with all of our "generic" black stuff. Meaning, some of our "black" merch is just the same as our green or orange or white or gray.

So...most of the black gear is either prior year or is just an alternate colorway of our main stuff for 2024.

It's just...so disappointing. I know adidas is capable of doing better and/or doing more, but this is feeling like...the magic is gone...

Maybe adidas will come out with a cool "smoke" jersey for our final year under the contract...

I'm just pointing out that "one different colored sleeve" is not some insane or unique concept.

The jersey is a one-off. You can wear a polo every week.

If Miami wants "classic uniforms" (which we were doing before we hired Mario), then Nike can make those too. They seem to do that for Michigan (and I can name a bunch of other schools too).

People can complain about jerseys, but the Nike merch did not suck. At all. And what they've been putting out in the Fanatics era? Come on, now.

I have plenty of Nike AND adidas in my closet. I'm not tossing out half my wardrobe based on the next contract.

I'm not gonna lie. When those were shown to us back in 18 I had richt send me like 4 pairs of the basketball shorts in them. I still wear em from time to time. But not positive it's these I guess cause it's not yellow. It's a cream.

As sacrilegious as it sounds, **** near all of these kids we been getting to do Sebastian for atleast the last twenty years has been so corny I wouldn't mind replacing them with this orange. Him, Joe zagacki,Don what's his face, the stadium DJ & that trash *** hype man all need to go and we got a dynasty reloading

Yeah, the cream is definitely different.

The jersey I posted was "inspired" by the yellow trolley cars in Coral Gables. It's definitely yellow.

I saw those at AllCanes last fall and I couldn't believe my eyes. Terrible.

We need John Routh to teach a special class for these student mascots, that's for sure.

I'm not as down on Don Bailey Jr, he actually played for UM, but I'm fine with replacing everyone else.
