Miami could wear TuTu 's & beat the crap out of this V-tech team.
Do want black spikes..

If this team is that fickle we’re screwed no matter what jerseys.

Some of you guys are acting like we’ve been crushing it in the classic orange the last couple decades.

When you suck you’re going to make a ton of jersey combos look plagued
Fanbase has a serious case of ptsd lol, when we bad they get to blaming everything that has nothing to do with football just out of emotion

He isn’t firing off dumb comments — adidas does some good stuff. But your point stands they should be producing some new options.

And nobody made a negative comment about the shoes.

For three consecutive years, adidas has screwed up the roll-out of "Miami Nights". With a simple "regular" jersey design for several years, the Miami Nights alternates are a chance to sell new and different merchandise.

The 2022 stuff was not ready. The 2023 jersey was the 2022 model. And the 2024 stuff is limited and confusing. As a business partner, adidas has been terrible, especially when you compare our "flagship" adidas merch to the stuff available at other (Nike) schools.

Doesn't matter if "adidas does some good stuff" if we never see it. The UltraBounce shoe this year was mid and they can't even sell all the prior year UltraBoosts, you can still get those shoes online at clearance prices.

Are we contractually obligated to say nice things about adidas because they pay us some money? I have (and will always have) plenty of adidas soccer gear, it's not like I won't wear the stuff. But it's time to make a change for UM. Enough is enough.

Not disagreeing with you but they do have the new coaches 1/4 zip that I’m 99% sure is new to this season. I bought the black one with short sleeves a few weeks back on Fanatics (only because they didn’t have it in long sleeve) but it appears Harry has it in long sleeve now. I like the collar/zipper design with the orange on one side and green on the other. Same one Guidry wears. This is the first adidas item I’ve purchased in 3 years though.

This is not Miami Nights merchandise. It is the AeroReady design that matches the polo shirts that the coaches are wearing. Because it is a jacket, the color strip goes lower and matches the zipper, compared to the polo shirts.

The basic design has been available for a few months, though you are correct about the long-sleeve/short-sleeve issue on the jackets.

Also available in other colors (the polo version).

off topic but i got a black UM sideline polo years ago from adidas for full price and then 2 weeks later found the same one for 1/4th of the price at marshalls.

Lies!!! If we wear black on Friday, the team culture will go to **** and Cam Ward will forget how to play football…

Only chance to reverse the jinx will be to play at 10:30 pm eastern against Cal and win the BYE week.. 😎

Nothing was worse than Nike's attempt at Miami jersey's the decade before we went with Adidas. It was one disaster after the next.
I agree, but that is ultimately the administration's fault, not Nike.

You notice Nike never rolled out weird jerseys for Alabama, Georgia, USC, Oklahoma, (insert blue blood here). It's almost as if the schools have a say and Nike isn't holding them hostage to release weird designs...........

Kind of like the abortions Adidas rolled out at first before someone at Miami told them to get rid of that ****. But hey, let's keep repeating the same baseless arguments about Nike giving us bad uniforms as if that was Nike and not people like Blake James and his loser predecessors

Baseless argument that their designers made horrifying designs one after the next for a decade, ok.

Yeah, don't address any of the first part of the post and keep pounding the same line into the ground.

Ok you're right. Nike had nothing to do with it, the Miami admin designed the jerseys and told Nike to throw the check on there.
