It would put Texas on the pathway to a NFL roster payroll. You can’t pay one player $40M and not have others want huge bumps. No defensive player is worth that disproportionate of a salary versus everyone else. It’s like having a defensive tackle being paid $210M per year in the NFL. It’s so out of alignment it’s ludicrous. They’ve gone to plaid if this is true.

Flo feels that Mario is about to flip some recruits from some big boys.

Flo expects 1-2 decommits (one within the next couple of weeks). Sounds like kids getting processed based on Senior film.

Regarding the decommits, he mentioned a lot of names who were having great senior years and he was feeling good about them in the class. If you didn't hear a name, I'm guessing they're candidates to be processed. There were more than two names not mentioned (I'm guessing due to time), but it does provide a hint about who isn't going to decommit.
 
These were the recruits he mentioned that were his favorites/feeling good about. I believe none of them are on the potential decommit list.

Evans hasn’t had the best Senior season from what I can gather. There are a few other guys struggling a bit outside of the two named here.

Honestly, with the way we are still after WR’s with similar physical dimensions- this tracks.
