Great month to be a Miami Hurricane so far.

However, I’ll just say this about recruiting a kid from a traditional West Coast feeder school:

Must stay on top of this. I don’t know much about this brother, & frankly like I’ve told others I’ve been hella out the recruiting scene this cycle. I literally don’t know the vast majority of these kids, & all I am is a humble, casual star ***** this cycle. I’m going to try to catch up w some of my ppls at Bosco, Centennial, Mater Dei, Wilson, & Poly this season over some bread & games, but looking at my schedule, man if it ain’t about business, this yr is pretty sewed up. ****, I’m missing my own family reunion this yr b/c of scheduling conflicts.

I’ll try to keep my ear to the pavement, but this cycle I’m BBQ chicken except for one kid who I personally knew via my little homie.

Yea I’m fine we got a stud, why would I be mad? If we miss on someone I like that we recruited as priority I’m going to say we whiffed. Is that like not a fact if that happens? Just because I like MC doesn’t mean I have to agree with everything he does that’s not me. I’m not a groupie or zombie, if someone leaves that we targeted I’m going to say we missed. I’m pretty sure the if the staff has to cross someone name off their big board it’s a miss to them as well.

But we have a true roster builder as the HC now so us scrambling for 2 stars doesn’t happen anymore. We pivot properly and have better plans than the past head coaches. I do mope though it happens and always ok with admitting I am wrong when I am, it doesn’t bother me like people think it does.

It's actually really a fk'in joke. I'm 12 minutes from Sanford stadium and see these people daily. They don't give a rats fk about the off-the-field trouble their athletes get into but holy **** will they be the first to run a Miami fan down when one of ours catches a case. Fk UGA and fk Kirby's no-discipline clown college.
