Miami DB Emmanuel Karnley enters transfer portal

Former Miami and Arizona defensive back Emmanuel Karnley, who hasn't played a single snap at Miami, has already entered the transfer portal.



Karnley arrived in spring at Coral Gables, where he transferred from Arizona.

The 6-foot-2, 184-pound redshirt freshman from Antioch, CA has been timed as fast as 21 MPH, and secured 16 tackles and 5 PBUs in 369 snaps.

He chose the Hurricanes instead of teams like Michigan and Ole Miss, and now that he is available again...

Hey D$ can u give us the real scoop here on him as a player and why he left? Was it a case of he saw by the other guys we have that he wasn’t going to get much playing time and decided to bail? If so this is great news for us! Our DBs are really good then if a guy with his credentials can’t even get on the field!! Thanks!!

Wish him well . If you don’t want to earn your playing time there’s the door. Probably could have developed into a good player . Oh well next man up. I just don’t understand kid’s mindset anymore, but someone will give him a shot.
