Can he hold the Head coach accountable and demand changes and even fire the coach If the standards aren’t met? If he can do that then amen! Because it’s crystal clear Blake is afraid to do it or like all the reporters/insiders say that it’s not Blake’s “style” to do that. Smh I always laugh when that’s reported because it’s basically saying it’s not Blake’s “style” to actually do his ******* job!

smart move for KP tbh. he may be out of a job this year and next year if he took the UM DL spot. at FAU, hes safe for at least 3 years with willie just being hired. he can always come to UM if the new coach wants him

BOT not getting rid of Blake, Blake not getting rid of Diaz but forces him to make changes, additionally, announces that he's bringing in someone to help himself make Football decisions since he realizes that he's failed 3 times now.
Blake actually announcing this is w/e, but if it comes to fruition its infinitely better than 0 changes at all.

I like Torretta, but I think we've gotten burned by guys who are taking on a job for the 1st time. With Dorsey, this would be right in his wheel house. Only thing is, I think he wants to coach. My number one at this position would be Highsmith, followed by Moss and then Dorsey. 3 guys who could come in and kill it for us.

Can't believe there are people really complaining about our terrible AD basically saying he's going to go out and get help so he doesn't continue to fvck up the football program.
I would imagine this hire wont be made until they fire Manny. Why would Highsmith just come into a role especially if he doesn't think Manny is the man for the job. Forces this new position to accept what has already been decided.
