Miami is now targeting a top recruit in the 2028 class by extending an offer to 2028 small forward AJ Williams.

Williams stands at 6-foot-8, 210-pounds, the small forward is from McDonough, GA. He is currently ranked as the No. 1 player in the country and the No. 1 small forward according to the 247Sports ranking system.

I hope he comes to UM, but I am absolutely baffled at how the 2 P4 programs in Georgia are completely unable to recruit this state. Every single year the best players leave, and even the next group of very good players leave.
I would assume it’s NIL driven, but UGA and Tech have not gotten the best players well before NIL and we know UGA has the money under and over the table.

Caleb Wilson will be a top 5 pick in the draft.
