Once we start getting reports from spring practice you'll start seeing some optimism followed by, "but last year..." They'll continue that way until the trophy presentation in January.

As overrated as the 2017 Miami team is, we actually finished 4 spots ahead of the national champions in SP+ that year.

Miami finished 18, the national champions finished 22.
