Saban was 11-13-1 (46%) in his first 25 games as Bama coach.
Cover rate means little. K State and Temple lead the way at 60% winners over the last 10 years.

Manny is actually 12-13 (48%) as coach. He's been exactly average ATS.
If/when we cover next week that will put Manny at 50% cover rate.
Half the teams in the Nation are in the 48-52% range.

OK, I‘m taking the money I lost when I took the Cane +19.5 and doubling down taking the Cane -7.5 this week, trying to get my money back. App State is a decent team, but they were also a decent team when we played them in Boone a few tears back. I was at the game. As I recall, the Canes scored a TD on their first play of the game with a long running play, and then scored a TD on a long pass play on their second or third play of their second possession. Three offensive plays by the Canes and it was 14-0. I hope we have the same killer instinct this time on our home field.

App State is the biggest game of CMD’s career….until the following week. With this stinker of a game for the Canes coaches and players yesterday, every remaining game this season will be a pressure game for the Canes. Anything less than 10-2, and we have to start wondering whether CMD can be the coach to return the Canes to prominence

2nd drive, Richt was just calling swing pass on every play and we walked the field easily with the same play again and again.
One of the most ridiculous drive I’ve seen!
