USCe is a wasteland. lol at calling that 2nd best.

They're a meddling SEC team with a best case scenario upside of 9 wins.

What about ******* Kannell saying UCF might be better than UM?

Lulz at an AAC job being better than a Power 5.

South Carolina? Why? The SEC? $$? So is Vandy better than Miami? Kentucky? USC is second filddle to Clemson in South Carolina as far as football goes, always will be. Spurrier is the best coach they ever had, and he won 11 games 3 years in a row and couldn't win the SEC. They'll have a tough time doing that again. They'll never compete yearly with Florida, Georgia and even Tennessee once they get back. They're 4th in the SEC East and 8th or 9th in the SEC. Better job than Miami? Might as well say Maryland is a better job than Miami since Under Armour can throw billions at a coach.

They have as many SEC championships as we do. Their last conference title was 1969. They are Clemson's ***** no matter what HBC did there. They have nine (9!) top 25 finishes EVER. No big deal that they have been playing since 1892. They have had a 10 win season 4(!) times EVER! Three under HBC. GTFOH to anyone that thinks this is an elite job. Spurrier is their GOAT and they bust a nut over winning the SEC East in 2010. That's it. That's their entire claim to fame. Die. Having an SEC patch on your chest only goes so far.

Id say 5th in the SEC East Florida, Georgia, Mizzou, and Tenn are better programs landing them at 5th.

Mizzou is a toss up since they're a basketball school, but the point remains.... they suck

And yet Mizzou always ranked in football too. I say SCAR has no heritage and no past thus they blow donkey nuts. I agree with you they are not good, had 3 good season, and then poof suck again. We at least with the right coach can be dominant again.

Mizzou was horrible before 2006 or so. USC was horrible before Holtz, and he was only mediocre.

South Carolina filled the vacuum in the East when Tennessee and UF fell off the map. If those teams are even pretty good, SC goes back into the abyss. They suck.

USCe is arguably a better HC slot, because they will pay more than we will - likely substantially more - and their fans will fill that stadium to the brim, regardless of how terrible the product on the field is. Not too long ago they were a perennial doormat, but still had unbelievable fan and monetary support. In short, their expectations are far lower than ours.

I can't imagine anyone could persuasively argue that USCe has a better potential to win national titles than UM. That's laughable. But that isn't USCe's standard, unlike UM.
