I don’t know what the spread was for Bethune, not every shop has FBS vs FCS lines. I’m sure there was one but I’m talking FBS vs FBS games. We’re 5-1 against actual college teams. Louisville obviously we didn’t cover. We have in all the other FBS games.

I watched him in warmups, he had trouble landing on his right ankle. JT and the training staff put him through exercises

And Pitt won’t be 100% when we face them after playing ND and @GT the two weeks before our game. I expect them to be 7-4 when we face them with lots of film on how to beat them.

my only concern overall with this team is that we seem to be getting weaker rather than getting stronger as the season goes on. hopefully we come out ready

Not on defense.

I will say though that teams have had success on the first drive the last few games. FSU drove down and we got lucky to not get called for PI but forced a field goal. Louisville drove the length of the field and we did bow up but they got the fake FG and scored, 2nd drive was a very short field but another score. Stanford first drive netted 7 points. We need to do something to force a 3 and out on the first drive on Saturday.

That seems more than 1 game. What is puzzling to me is if he was that hurt, that would have been known well in advance of Stanford game. I would sit him out this game if we need to.
