Many of us have been saying this for a couple years now. He's above average but not elite. Specifically, I also agree that there is something missing in critical situations.

Agreed. Also, hitting some passes down the field really seemed to wake him up. That INT he threw was brutal, and I'm really glad he recovered the way he did. THAT is the leader this O has been looking for.

These are not mutually exclusive takes. IMO it was a bad call and a horrible read. Kind of a sloppy throw too.

The 3rd down play call was the real foul up on that drive. A hurry up into a short yardage play is foolish every time. I get that we cannot get push from our O line but that was not the solution.

It was just a total lapse all around. I did not like that hurry up into a power short yardage play either. Richt is better than that.

Last week, Kaaya just sucked period, now it's oh it was only app state, then when it's a ranked team it will be oh I want to see it against a top 5 team and so on. Haters just enjoy hating. So they can rush to their keyboard and type I told you so and feel vindicated for their ******ry. In a year or two Brad will be a millionaire and you guys will be hating on the next Cane qb. It is as I have said, Kaaya is a Great QB in the shotgun. When he has to back peddle and pass from under center...not so much. Does not have the feet speed.
