Given the schedule we have that isn't saying much. We should win 11 plus a bowl win to finish the season at 12-2. Every team in the Coastal is down except Virginia and we have Louisville in the crossover game. FSU will be a tossup since the game is in Tally. Outside of the Gators and Noles, there is nobody on the schedule that should challenge us. GT, VT, Carolina, Duke (new QB) all down and we have Virginia at home which should not even be a game but Bronco has his team playing well. We play Pitt in October on the road so weather won't play a role. Nine wins would be disappointing given the weak schedule.

Take away the transfers and we would consider this year a big recruiting low. We still have the top recruiting class in the Coastal even without the transfers. Think about that. Our low is everyone else's ceiling. We should be dominating every Coastal team and we haven't. It's time we do!!!

Your post very similar to the many posts last year predicting a great season for us in 2018. It is one thing to be optimistic , but one should be careful predicting Canes records. The past 16 years has been disappointing and until we have a couple of great seasons in a row, I suggest you temper your enthusiasm about our future performance.

With the teams in the coastal struggling/in transition and FSU being a dumpster fire, we should go into the ACCCG with maybe one loss.

Coulda, woulda, shoulda ... we have been there before. At worse it's 9-10 wins. We just have to see if our new Offense will be as aggressive as our Defense.

Win 9? We should be winning 11 with a competent offense.
An offense ranked in the top 50 last year wins us 11.

That's my point. Enough of the shoulda, coulda, woulda. It's time to do the **** thing!!! It's time to win the Coastal the way Clemson owns the Atlantic. It's time to break thru and establish a standard of owning the division. We have a new staff, but every team in the Coastal is a mess except Virginia and maybe Pitt. Teams we should dominate, but haven't.
