Mel Kiper releases top 10 per position

I am not sure Duke will stay healthy in the NFL, and he is a 3rd or 4th round pick. RB are a dime a dozen in the current NFL landscape. Hopefully he stays healthy, but I think those lower extremities gonna take a beating.

who cares. kiper is a hack. been getting his draft guides for years. not only has his evaluation abilities regressed, i hear a lot of these scouts get paid by big programs ($EC) to give higher draft grades to their guys.

A lot of our players are gonna make money on their second contract. Dorsett seems like a coachable kid. He's gonna get taught a lot in the league and u can't coach speed. Guys have survived in the league of just being fast. Mike Wallace for example and Randy Moss before that. Duke may have to be a specialist. Injuries can overcome and derail any talent. Walford is slow as **** but he is still relatively raw, he barely played in high school. Perryman needs to lose weight. He needs to be 230-235. He will be much more explosive

Ah the NFL draft. The yearly reminder of how delusional we are about our team.

I think Dorsett will be a steal for someone if he doesn't go within the top 10 receivers.

There's a lot of people that say Duke should leave because he won't really improve his draft stock. I disagree with that.

I may be crazy here but I think Armbrister could actually be a good pick in the later rounds. Big, athletic kid who shows some legit explosiveness on a team that pretty much frowns on it. LB is such a specialized position in the NFL I think he has a lot of tools scouts will like.

I didn't see Regula or Fentress on those lists.

Mark this thread down for when most of our players outperform their draft spot. Funny how guys play up to their talent when coached and trained properly. Wait till you see Duke after he gets into a real S and C program as well. Mark it down.

As for Dorsett, other than deep routes what does he run. Maybe a drag. In the NFL if you don't have great technique and the ability to run te route tree it is extremely tough to be successful. He isn't a first round wr. Marquise lee had way more production and went 2nd round. I like Dorsett but he is what he is.

its what we chose for him to run.

Dorsett was coached by Cris Carter at STA, and before STA at Chaminade he was coached by a former nfl wr....dude could run the route tree before he got here and received lackluster coaching since Mcdonal left.

Dude will be money in the league...Do you see what T.Y. Hilton is doing?. Dorsett in the right system is money in the league where you cant touch a wr..plus he isnt really weak.

I don't see the comparison with Ty. I mean the are same size. Does Ty have dorsett speed? And does Dorset have Ty wiggle? Seem pretty different in my opinion.

Dorsett doesnt have any wiggle actually...im mostly speaking from the route running ability...T.Y. isnt some big time route runner and he is getting off in the league...Hilton is plenty fast though..and has great ball skills and vert (played big time bball in high school).

I am confused. i wasn't saying he won't play in the league just he isn't a first rounder. You bring up Hilton, what round was he drafted in?
