Maybe just maybe Rosier just isn't good enough to be a QB at a major D1 program and he is searching for help, help that clearly doesn't have an effect when you just don't have the skill set. Rosier was never thought of as the QB to lead the program so not sure why people think this has suddenly changed. Richt's failure is not Rosier, its not giving the young guys an opportunity, hope that changes.

In most workplaces nepotism is frowned upon. Apparently big time college coaches haven't gotten the message.

Nepotism is encouraged at the University of Miami and the White House.
