I don't agree. ND has a severe speed advantage against teams from the south. I don't think that will be the case anymore. And he has alot of experience. These big jobs need coached with experience. Who have methods and process tried ans tested. It works sometimes but it usually overwhelms first time HCs or HC with limited experience.
