Uncle Luke at one point had coaches from over 40 schools supporting a movement to leave the FHSAA based on Monday’s decision to leave things as they were. SFL Schools have always been minimized and mistreated by the fhsaa in terms of recruiting allegations, enforcement and empathy with Hurricanes like Irma 3 years ago. The tri-county area has the largest concentration of upper tier talent in the country let alone the state. The only head coach from Northern FL to speak out against Monday’s FHSAA decision was Lake City’s and he made it clear that winning a ring without a traditional SFL opponent in the date series would be a farce to say the least.
