Should "they" establish (ok dictate) total program spending caps or let true market forces settle out college football?

Is the total fanbase willing to live with either ultimate product?

Thank you. It’s not always about how much money you have, but how you choose to spend the money. Rhule needs to tell us how much Raiola’s deal is and then we can decide if money is a problem at Nebraska. And if it is, you shouldn’t have taken that job and should have stayed in the NFL which uses a Salary cap.
