This is your media at work trying to jar the Overton Window back onto whether or not Golden is going to be extended when its obvious that the ship is sailed and the public will only at this point accept a firing and a strong hire. NyCane.....your are a total donkey loser. Al knew about Shapiro before he took the job. That is the biggest crock of **** in this whole mess. Golden wanted the job because he knew he could leverage it when the **** hit the fan.

In August 2010 Shapiro told the Miami Herald that he was writing a book The Real U: 2001 to 2010. Inside the Eye of the Hurricane in which he promised to tell how Miami had violated NCAA rules affecting more than 100 players. "Once the players turned pro, they turned their back on me. It made me feel like a used friend," he said

Yup, it's split.

In any event, the BOT have done a great job of minimizing potential revenue the past 18 years. **** them. It's about time for us to move on really.
 
The fan base is split. Half wanted Golden fired right now and half are willing to wait until his buyout goes down at the end of the season.
 
Are there any uncompromised journalist who have no fear of reprisal from a lame duck head coach? These guys should have a few reliable sources embedded on this team. The truth is always the best defense against intimidation and reprisal. At what point is Golden judged on the job he's doing on the football field. After all, he is the head football coach or does that even matter.

suck it slow moron. He was suckered into the job because he was coaching in the ghetto's in philly and they knew he wouldnt want to leave UM. then
first year, he tried to start the BC rumors then did it again. he is a pos in my opinion but u really dont think Donna was hiding something? U really think blake
james wants to risk his reputation as an AD by keeping this loser? stop it.

A loss @Duke or @UNC would be our third conference loss .
With GT and VT down, a team with a 6-2 record will win the Coastal.
I'm predicting Halloween we will officially be done.

Actually, there are no journalists, only propagandists.
 
Al golden wins out, wins the division, the conference and a good bowl game.. and I'll still want butch.
