Matt porter source says regarding the rental car situation

Since the NCAA is not involved I don't see how any of this weak shxt is more than a 1 game suspension

Are you guys really this dim, or is this schtick? Do you dopes really think the NCAA will not be involved in the punishment/reinstatement of players who took impermissible benefits and violated their amateur status thereby becoming ineligible?

This fake tough guy cowboy **** is laughable.

Lol you all are paranoid / Miami is untouchable for the short term future / you think the NCAA is even considering getting involved with any investigation involving Miami after the embarrassment they had to eat during the Shapiro fiasco??.... Trust me like ur savior when I say they're not.

Oh boy.
The logic in your post is amazing.
I would love to have what you're smoking.

I'm usually very upbeat while other poor-mouth UM, but I've got a terrible feeling on this.

The worst part of this is that this situation invites the NCAA to get into the school's business and when
this happens, there is potential for other stuff to be uncovered.

Yup. Bureaucraps at NCAA would have a clean slate to investigate something. For anyone to say the NCAA would be too scared to investigate something different from ratface shapiro is living in dreamland.

Nice to see the "sky is falling" posters are out in full force itt.

It must suck to be constantly negative and live in fear all the time, I really don't get how you guys do it

Me either, what a miserable way to live life

2 games for all 3 and we'll get some reps for the young guys.

I said this earlier... Could be a blessing in disguise. No Coley gives Richards, Harris and Bruce playing time and the same thing with the other positions.

Yeah, you said it was a blessing in a previous post.
You need to stop saying that nonsense.

The only blessing is that it happened now instead of after a bunch of ineligible guys played in several games that we won and later had to forfeit.

I rarely make "chicken-little" type of posts on this board.
Feel free to prove otherwise.
I just think some folks are very naive about this situation and in many instances clueless, especially those
who still think Richt will be making the call on suspensions.
Stunningly uneducated about this issue considering this school's history with the NCAA compliance folks.

True enough,

Thinking the sky is falling is as wrong as thinking we skate. It could be minimal, it could be significant.

Fact is, with the limited info we have, there's no way to tell, one way or the other. That's why I don't even try to guess.

Sounds like we'll know more after this weekend. Otherwise, no sense getting in a tizz about it.
