We don’t need drunk coaches. Erickson may have brought us two titles, but he also nearly got us the death penalty. Back in the day, there was Guftason. His last year at UM was a disaster that starting the school thinking about dropping football.

Got ya, Maryland actually got slightly worse when Canada left then.

371 YPG (canada)-> 343
28.5 PPG (canada)-> 25.3

With that said, its still not appealing. NCST didn't retain Canada, LSU didn't retain him, and now Maryland parted ways with him as well.

Well, you gotta remember, he was interim HC when Durkin got canned.

He was HC basically the entire season.

Might have been an awkward dynamic if he was retained.

Was a hot name before LSU tenure. He’s a more advanced enos with more jet sweeps that’s it, I’ll pass

Hire the guy LSU got rid of after 1 season that now has one of the best offenses in college football in a very long time? If anything his stock has gone down because of LSU's success this year. With that said, Manny probably loves him
