Miami admin/BOT are to blame for Richt's staff. You give that man 5Mil more per year for staff and I'm pretty sure he would of had a better staff day one. Add another 10-15Mil for off-field personnel and Miami would look more like the big boys in less like a has been.

The absolute most we're getting, if anything, is a token hire yes-man who will be OC or co-OC in title only so Richt can say he made some staff changes to take a little heat off his seat. He'll still be the puppet master.

Curious who on the current staff is getting the axe if he does hire anyone on the offensive side. In a perfect world it would be his kid but I don't see him doing that. Patke might be the sacrificial lamb bc Manny would just go back to coaching LB's, if he's not offered a HC gig.
