I noted out defense played lights out all four quarters - even seemed to get faster and stronger in fourth quarters.

The strength program in general has improved greatly. As you noted we didn't seem to tire in the 4th quarter (despite freshmen all over the field and many starters playing a loot of snaps).

Cardio/Mat Drills
Spring Ball
Summer bulk up time (less cardio for some, lower reps, high weight, eat sleep eat)
Cardio and 7v7 work
Fall Camp 2 a day
Sept kickoff

Rinse repeat.

I did them today at the Y in Stuart, FL. Then benched 225 12 times & squatted 315 12 times

Downtown Y. Every morning. I'm usually there at 5:30 sharpish. Doors open at 5:45

Bring your own olive oil and mouth guard.
 
Did you transition from coconut oil to olive oil? Or was that another fellow mat driller?

I like the extra-virgin....I may have inadvertently showed up with the coconut oil a couple of times.

That was only because I was coming off of a 4-day PlentyOfFatties.com binge.
