"Year One" Diaz has been with the team for 4 years. Was he not a part of the team's "culture"? The reality is that Diaz is Blake James' hiring mistake that the program may not recover from.

Would Urban or Saban have been able to beat teams like FIU and Louisiana Tech though? Is that asking too much? Wouldn't any power 5 coach whose name is not Manny Diaz been able to beat those teams?

What about a rebuilding Georgia Tech? Duke? Manny was outcoached and outsmarted in each of those games. The players were not prepared and not motivated. What is Manny's job again?
