Diaz took over a team that was 7-9 since the 10-0 start in 2017, and is now 13-16 since that 10-0 start in 2017. Good job, good effort.

Can't fix a culture by hiring incompetents and being incompetent yourself. Bringing back players who quit doesn't help, but it's so far from the big issues.

agreed, but if your issue is that kids **** around and dont do whats needed, then starting kids that bail on you and your team isnt a great way of fixing ****. JW shouldnt have been allowed back pre Pitt. it never should have been left up to the team to decide. thats when your coach should make a statement on whats acceptable behavior esp out of your ******* QB. the staff screwed that whole part up way before JW anyways. JT shouldnt have been either from the jump.
